Lomi Lomi is a deeply relaxing holistic style of massage, designed to treat the body as one interconnected whole rather than isolated parts. The massage flows around the entire body, targeting the muscles and myofascia (the body's connective tissue) to leave you feeling fully nurtured in a way that other styles can't match. 

 

This ancient polynesian massage is all about kindness and compassion and is intended to be relaxing and restorative. It's characteristic long, flowing and wave-like strokes can travel the length of the body from head to toe, and work two parts of the body at once. It can feel like there are two practitioners at work! You'll soon find your aches and your stresses melting away.

This is a truly full body style, able to treat the feet, legs, hands, arms, back, chest, stomach, neck and face, but sessions always begin with a brief consultation to check in with how your body is feeling and adapt to your individual needs.
